The Scone Shack
“There’s a crooked little café on a Cape Point farm that will take you back to a time when food was real and people asked your name”, writes Melanie Farrell of the Green Route ZA.

Set on an enchanted farm with roaming ducks, chickens and pigs, the Scone Shack offers the most delicious off-the-grid freshly baked scones with home made jams. Other treats include carrot cake with a lemon zest, cream cheese frosting and Cape Brandy Pudding or Pecan Pie with cream or ice cream.

It’s open Fridays to Sundays - for details, go to the The Scone Shack

  1. This is a fantastic walk if you have only a morning or afternoon, and for whatever reason not keen on too much up and down. Perfect coast and veld experience and ending in a swim 👌🏼
